Romain Couvreur's work experience begins in 2014 as a Research Visitor at The University of Melbourne. Romain then went on to work as an Intern at École normale supérieure in 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Doctorant at École normale supérieure. In 2019, they joined Universiteit Gent as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. In 2020, they transitioned to being a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Research Foundation Flanders - FWO. Currently, Romain is working as a Numerical Physics Engineer at Chipiron, where they focus on designing light and portable MRI machines using cutting-edge quantum detectors.
Romain Couvreur completed their Doctorate degree in Theoretical Physics and Mathematics at Sorbonne Université in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Physics from Ecole normale supérieure from 2013 to 2015. In 2010, they began their education journey at Lycée Descartes in Tours, where they completed a Classe préparatoire PCSI - PC* until 2012.
