Esma A. is a Senior Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer with over eight years of experience in leveraging machine learning and data science to enhance user engagement and profitability. Currently at Chippin, they lead the design and deployment of advanced data science models and recommendation systems while mentoring junior data scientists. Esma has previously held senior roles at OREDATA and DenizBank, developing predictive models and data-driven solutions to optimize business processes. They earned a Master’s degree in Geomatics Engineering from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi and a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Yıldız Teknik University.
