Eli Bode M. has had a varied work experience, starting with a role as Personal & Investment Tax Operations at HM Revenue & Customs in 2010. Eli Bode then moved to a role as Consultant - Enterprise at Melbourne IT in 2013, followed by a role as Senior Consultant at Commonwealth Bank in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Co-founder & CEO at Skoolmates, before moving to Head of Partnerships at Multipli in 2016. In 2020, they took on a role as Risk Strategy & Technology at KPMG Australia, and also ran as an independent candidate for Wyndham City Council. In 2021, they became the CEO & Founder of Chippit, a social banking platform, and in 2022 they took on the role of Entrepreneur In Residence at Antler.

Eli Bode M. has an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a diploma in Financial Planning and RG146 from Kaplan Professional, and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering. Eli Bode also holds a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2021.
