Scott Carter

Scott Carter is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as VP of Marketing at ChiroHD since August 2025, with a focus on mobile advertising and demand generation. Scott also holds a position as a Stealth Mode Entrepreneur at a startup since June 2025. Previously, Scott was VP of Marketing Growth & Operations at LINQ from June 2024 to June 2025 and Chief Marketing Officer at Otto from May 2022 to May 2024. Prior to these roles, Scott was General Manager of Broker Tools at Buildout, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the performance of Buildout's broker business and contributing to the strategic acquisition of Rethink. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in May 2001.
