Kara Range has been working in the customer relations field since 2004. Kara started at Citi Financial as a Branch Account Executive in 2004. Kara then joined Essendant in 2006, where they held the roles of Business Analyst and Customer Care Training Lead. In 2019, they became the Customer Relations Manager at ChiroUp | Evidence-Based Chiropractic Resources. As Business Analyst at Essendant, they were responsible for the development of procedure documentation, staff communications and training to support new projects/initiatives, system enhancements and procedural changes for their Customer, Sales and Customer Care teams. Kara also managed special small to medium company directed initiatives while maintaining a strong working relationship with other cross functional partners. Additionally, they were responsible for supporting new hire training and ongoing learning for 3 cross site care centers.

Kara Range obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Kaskaskia College in 1997-1999. Kara then went on to receive their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1999-2001, with a minor in Geography. In May 2021, they obtained their Certified Customer Success Manager certification from The Success League.
