WHAT’S THE CHISWICK RUGBY VISION ALL ABOUT?

• All about COMMUNITY - looking out, not in - an environment for ALL (sporting & social)

• All about creating a SPECIAL GRASSROOTS FACILITY - to attract and accommodate…

• All about getting people (of all ages) OFF THEIR PHONES & RUNNING AROUND

• All about FOUNDATIONS & PATHWAYS - Youth, Schools, Universities - during & post education sport at Chiswick Rugby. See overleaf – remarkable

• All about GROWTH OF FEMALE SPORT & SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT - in a short period (just 18 months), 30-40% of all onsite (Rugby, AFL, Lacrosse, Football, Activities, Spectators) are now girls and women (previously <5%)

• All about BEING ACCESSIBLE TO ALL – we now have Funds for Unlimited Assisted Membership (pay what’s affordable) and Full Scholarship (entirely free plus kit provision)

• All about LOOKING OUT FOR THE CHISWICK RUGBY COMMUNITY - our Wellbeing Fund provides access to Professional Mental Health support. We have an awareness of the challenges of modern life - for all ages

• All about SUSTAINABILITY through a Multisport Offering - Primarily Rugby (always) and (essentially) other sports, activities and events.
