Lucy Puca is an experienced Executive Chef currently leading culinary operations at Chiyo and LP’s Kitchen while also serving at Epicured. Previously, they held the role of Executive Chef and Co-President at Moi et Toi Catering from 2014 to 2017 and have contributed their expertise to several notable establishments, including La Marina NYC and Toi et Moi Events & Catering. Lucy's culinary foundation was established at the French Culinary Institute, where they focused on Classic Culinary Arts in 2010. With a diverse background in various culinary roles, Lucy continues to impact the food industry significantly.
