chk Education specialises in senior and leadership recruitment for international schools across the Middle East, South East Asia, Hong Kong and South America.

We work with British and Irish educators — people with the experience, credentials and readiness to lead in an international school environment.

For schools, that means a smaller, more considered shortlist.
For educators, it means someone who will have an honest conversation about whether a role and a location are genuinely right for them.

Founded and led by women with over 30 years of combined experience in international education. Safer recruitment is embedded in everything we do.
