Ivan Mak has over 20 years of experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Regional Operations Director at Chloé since February 2020, Ivan previously held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Louis Vuitton from October 2011 to January 2020. Prior to that, Ivan worked as Demand Planning Manager at L'Oréal Hong Kong Limited from April 2006 to September 2011 and as Logistics and Planning Supervisor at Safilo Far East Ltd. from August 2003 to April 2006. Educationally, Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computational Mathematics and Operation Research from The University of Hong Kong (1998-2001) and a Master of Arts in Operation and Supply Chain Management from City University of Hong Kong (2006-2008).
