Troy German

Troy German has over 20 years of experience in public safety and management. Troy currently serves as a Program Manager and Project Manager at Chloeta. Prior to this, they worked as a Public Safety Consultant from 2019 to 2022. From 1998 to 2017, Troy held various roles at the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, including Captain - Troop Commander and Lieutenant - Supervisor. Troy retired as Troop Commander and was responsible for leading the Oklahoma State Troopers in multiple counties. Additionally, Troy served as an Oklahoma State Trooper from 1998 to 2007. Troy also worked as an Incident Commander at the OK-IMT Oklahoma Incident Management Team from 2011 to 2019, providing support and coordination for complex incidents in FEMA Region 6. Overall, Troy has a diverse background in public safety and has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills throughout their career.

Troy German completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Ethics at Mid-America Christian University in 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, specifically in Human Resource Management, at Oklahoma Christian University.
