Ben Smith

Ben Smith is an experienced Field Services Engineer at Chloride since November 2019, specializing in testing, commissioning, and fault diagnosing industrial UPS systems for various clients both onshore and offshore. Prior to this role, Ben served as an Electrical Systems Officer at Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd from May 2019 to November 2019 and completed vocational training at Clyde Marine Training Ltd as an ETO trainee from September 2016 to May 2019, gaining practical experience aboard oil tankers and passenger RoRo vessels. Ben holds a foundation degree in marine electrical and electronic engineering from Northumbria University and an HND in Engineering Systems from UHI Moray.
