Joe Defrank

Joe DeFrank is currently the Executive Vice President at CHMWarnick, specializing in hotel asset management and business advisory services. Prior to this, Joe served as the Senior Vice President at CHMWarnick. Joe has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, previously holding the position of SVP, Asset Management at Host Hotels and Resorts. Joe's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University.
