Alejandro Mazzotta is the Senior Vice President of Quality, Food Safety & Regulatory at Chobani. Alejandro has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, having previously served as Senior Director of Global Food Safety & Quality Systems at Campbell Soup Company, Director of Food Safety & Quality Systems at McDonald's, Microbiology Manager at International for General Mills, and Scientist at the National Food Processors Association. Alejandro has also been an Advisory Board Member for both the UGA Center for Food Safety and the National Center for Food Safety and Technology. Alejandro received their degree in Food Science from the University of Buenos Aires in 1985 and their PhD in Food Science from Michigan State University in 1997.

Alejandro Mazzotta has a Ph.D. in Food Science from Rutgers University, an M.S. in ciencias biologicas from the University of Buenos Aires, and a Licenciado in ciencias biologicas from the University of Buenos Aires.
