Alejandro Mazzotta has an extensive background in food safety and quality, with experience working at companies such as Chobani, Campbell Soup Company, McDonald's, and General Mills. Alejandro currently holds the title of Senior Vice President of Quality, Food Safety & Regulatory at Chobani and has also been involved in various advisory boards and executive roles in food safety organizations. Mazzotta holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from Rutgers University and has previous degrees in biological sciences from the University of Buenos Aires.
