Cam Parker

Cam Parker is currently the Director of Operational Excellence at La Colombe, having previously held managerial roles at Deloitte and served as a Business Analyst during their time at Deloitte Consulting. Cam is an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School, where they are passionate about transforming retail and consumer product companies into empowering workplaces. They began their career as a certified barista and shift supervisor at Summit Coffee Co, where they coordinated events with local organizations. Cam has a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor’s Degree from Davidson College and a High School Degree from St. Paul's School, graduating with honors in both.
