Ercan Soylu

Ercan Soylu is a Corporate Executive Chef whose culinary journey began in 1992 at the age of 11. They attended a seven-year culinary school and immersed themselves in the Turkish hospitality industry during summers in the Bosporus region. Ercan gained extensive experience in classic French and Mediterranean cuisines while training alongside respected chefs in Istanbul. Their career advanced through various roles, culminating in an executive position at The Marmara Bodrum, and they have since contributed to renowned establishments, including AMAN and PALOMA Group in Turkey. Currently, Ercan is the Executive Chef at FTI Group's MP AQUAWORLD Hotel in Belek, Antalya, enriching the culinary landscape with their diverse expertise.
