Ken Laughlin is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process design and management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Principal Process Engineer at Chobani since May 2025, Ken previously held significant roles including Process Design Manager at Alston Construction, Principal Engineer/Owner at Food Engineering Solutions, and Process Technical Program Manager at Dean Foods, where responsibilities included scouting new dairy processes and assessing technology for compatibility and cost benefits. Ken has also directed engineering operations at Juicero, Inc., managed supply chain operations at Starbucks/Evolution Fresh, developed innovative processes at Dean Foods, and led engineering projects at Project Services Group, Jostens, and Frito Lay. Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
