Logan Bench

Logan Bench is an experienced Production Manager at Chobani since February 2019, where significant achievements include enhancing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) from 35% to mid-60% and scaling weekly production volume from 180k to 350k cases, while also driving weekly attainment above 98%. This role contributed to a 40% annual growth in Chobani's Modern Food business unit, which encompasses RTD Coffees, Oat Milks, and more. Prior to this, Logan served as a Production Supervisor at DAIRICONCEPTS MANAGEMENT, L.L.C. and completed roles as a Management Trainee at Thrive Life and a Food Scientist Intern at Glanbia Global Ingredients.
