Nishant Roy

Nishant Roy is the current Chief of Strategic Operations at Chobani. Nishant has also previously served as the Chief of Staff to the Founder at Andco, as well as an analyst at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Roy began their career as a Special Advisor at USAID in 2009. In this role, they advised on a wide range of issues relating to international development. In 2007, they joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management as an analyst. During their time at Goldman Sachs, Roy was responsible for managing risk by automating the loan reconciliation and margin analysis process for Hedge Fund Strategies. Nishant also developed and created a firm-wide Goldman Wiki-site which linked teams, systems, and business units throughout Goldman Sachs. In 2015, Roy left Goldman Sachs to join Andco as Chief of Staff to the Founder. In this role, they oversaw a wide range of activities including financial management, direct investments, international relations, and local and international philanthropy. In 2017, Roy left Andco to join Chobani as Chief of Strategic Operations.

Nishant Roy earned their MBA in Finance, Economics, and Global Business from NYU Stern School of Business. Nishant also holds a BA in Economics from St. John's University and an AAS in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force. Additionally, they are certified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 63 and Series 7.

Nishant Roy works with Michelle Brooks - Chief Business Development Officer & Treasurer, Grace Zuncic - Chief People & Culture Officer, and Kevin Burns - President & COO. Their manager is Hamdi Ulukaya, Founder, CEO & Chairman.
