Huiqing Phoe

HuiQing Phoe currently serves as the Head of Merchant Growth at Choco Up since March 2021, with additional titles including Special Projects and Investment Associate Director. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG Singapore as an Assistant Manager from October 2019 to March 2021, and at Deloitte as a Senior Associate from October 2017 to September 2019. HuiQing also held an Associate position at Crowe Singapore from July 2015 to September 2017, and completed internships at Turbine Overhaul Services and SPRING Singapore in 2013, as well as at the Singapore Economic Development Board in 2012. HuiQing is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, set to graduate in September 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc)(Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of London, completed in 2014.
