Antoine Branchoux

Antoine Branchoux is a Senior ML/AI Engineer at Choco, where they are currently building scalable ML and AI systems to automate ordering across the food supply chain. Prior to this role, Antoine worked as a Data Scientist at ING, focusing on machine learning models for credit decisioning in business banking. They also served as a Data Scientist at Banque de France, leading projects in AI and data science for economic research, especially in sustainable finance. Antoine's earlier experience includes an apprenticeship at Societe Generale and providing private lessons in mathematics and statistics. They hold a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Université d'Orléans and a Master’s degree in Finance Technology Data from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
