Corina Santema

Corina Santema is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for the UK&I at Choco since October 2025, Corina previously held the position of Head of Customer Success at Emitwise, where the focus was on helping businesses achieve net-zero carbon emissions. Corina also contributed as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Emitwise, Postscript, and Shopify, enhancing enterprise customer relationships and strategies. Additionally, Corina is an ICF-Certified Coach, engaging in a passion project with co gro coaching, while holding earlier roles at InVision, Hootsuite, lululemon, and as a Senior Student Ambassador at The University of British Columbia, where leadership skills were developed through managing and mentoring a large team. Corina's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Nutrition and Health from The University of British Columbia and participation in the Entrepreneurship@UBC Lean Launchpad Accelerator.
