Erica Halvorson

Erica Halvorson currently serves as a Distributor Partnerships professional at Choco and as a Climatebase Fellow at Climatebase. Previously, Erica held multiple roles at Hustle, culminating as Sales Director, achieving recognition as the #1 representative by ARR and number of new logos in 2021 and 2022. At Meltwater, responsibilities included Account Executive and Senior Director, Growth Lead, where Erica developed regional strategies and training curriculums, advised over 500 clients, and significantly contributed to new business revenue. Accomplishments at Meltwater include achieving global top rankings in revenue generation and quota attainment, along with recognition as "Best Closer." Earlier experiences involved social media marketing at Brave UX, and communications roles with organizations such as Friends of the Global Fight Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, and Peer Health Exchange. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication and Public Health from The George Washington University.
