Narbeh Mirzaei

Narbeh Mirzaei is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and team leadership. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Choco since June 2023, Narbeh oversees a tech organization of over 70 individuals across multiple teams, including AI products and payments, while directly reporting to the CEO regarding technology vision and strategy. Prior to this role, Narbeh held the position of VP of Engineering at Layer and contributed as a mentor at Plato. With a robust background at HelloFresh as the Director of Engineering for Fintech, Narbeh successfully built and scaled a payments team, delivering solutions that processed over 500,000 orders daily. Experience also includes leadership roles at Bamilo, Confair, Ginosi Corporation, Globanet, Ogma Inc., and Macadamian Technologies. Narbeh holds an MBA in Business Administration and Finance, an MS in Computer Science, and a BS in Computer Science, with academic achievements from the American University of Armenia and the State Engineering University of Armenia.
