Chocolaterie Bruntz was founded in 1960 by three brothers from the same family. Since 2005 it has been managed by a new family. The company is specialized in the artisanal and industrial manufacture of chocolate. It is at the origin of the famous fancy truffle Kougelhopf of Alsace.
