Clémence PETIT is a professional in the agro-food industry with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as an Ingenieure Process Industriel et Responsable RSE at Chocmod - Truffettes de France since February 2018, Clémence has managed product development, recipe optimization, sensory analysis panels, supplier interactions, and client requests, in addition to overseeing laboratory and industrial testing. Prior to this role, Clémence participated in an Erasmus program at Corvinus University of Budapest, highlighting a strong international academic background from ISA Lille, where a degree in agro-food engineering was obtained. Clémence has also gained recognition through various challenges and projects, including winning the National Marketing Challenge from Auchan Retail and participating in the "Bootcamp Euralimentaire" for innovation.
