Andy Stringer

Andy Stringer is currently the Head of Security & Health & Safety at Choice Discount Stores, responsible for overseeing security plans and loss prevention for 30 company sites. Previously, Andy worked as a Shrink and Security Manager at Tesco for 10 years and as a Security Manager at Tesco Stores CR, a.s. for 5 years. Before moving into security management, Andy served as an Electrical Manager at Tesco PLC, focusing on product protection and store standards. Andy started their career at Tesco as a General Assistant and quickly demonstrated sales skills and management potential, leading to participation in the Tesco options development programme at a young age. Andy received education from Palmers College.
