David Ramirez

David Ramirez is a Help Desk Support Specialist at Choice Hotels International since March 2021, responsible for maintaining the hotel network online, diagnosing and repairing software and hardware issues, creating automation scripts, conducting daily audits, and implementing cybersecurity protocols to reduce fraud risks. Previously, from February 2018 to May 2019, David served as a Technical Support Manager at Ace Mobile, providing mobile support for iOS and Android as well as operating system support for Windows, Mac, and Linux, while also focusing on productivity enhancements through scripting. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from Western Governors University (2021-2023) and a High School Diploma in Cyber Security from New Century Technology High School.
