Jasper Smith

Jasper Smith is a Multi-Unit Executive Chef with a diverse culinary background, currently serving as the Executive Chef at Choice Hotels International since 2022, overseeing multiple dining outlets. Smith has also worked as a Personal Chef for the New York Knicks and as a Private Chef for high-profile teams such as the Miami Heat and LA Lakers. With experience ranging from fast casual restaurants to 4-star and 4-Diamond resorts, they have successfully opened four restaurants that all achieved peak rankings in Miami. Jasper holds an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University, completed in 2012.
