Jay de Nance is an accomplished professional in the retail real estate sector with extensive experience in leasing and management. Currently serving as the Director of Leasing for Western Canada Retail at Choice Properties since May 2019, Jay previously held significant roles at BOMA, including Project Manager for the "Building on the Bow" initiative, and various leadership positions at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust. With a foundational career at Fairfield Commercial Real Estate Inc. as the Director of Tenant Services, Jay possesses a strong background in retail leasing and sales. Academic qualifications include a license in Canadian Real Estate from Mount Royal University and an undergraduate degree in Political Sciences from St. Marys University College.
