Lesley Leech

Lesley Leech, CFA, is an accomplished professional in the field of asset management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as AVP of Retail Asset Management at Choice Properties since February 2024, Lesley previously held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at JLL from July 2022 to February 2024. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Cadillac Fairview, where Lesley progressed through multiple roles from Analyst to Director, overseeing operations, strategy, and special projects from November 2011 to July 2022. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Investment Analyst and Assistant Property Manager at Oxford Properties Group from May 2006 to November 2011. Lesley holds a BA with Distinction in Psychology from McGill University (2000-2004) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as certified by the CFA Institute.
