Sheila Cunningham

Sheila Cunningham, MCR.w, currently serves as the AVP of Lease Administration & Property Tax at Choice Properties, a position held since 2021, and previously held the role of Senior Consultant in Lease Administration. From 2011 to 2020, Sheila worked at Rogers Communications as the Director of Corporate Transactions & Lease Administration, managing a diverse portfolio of over 6 million square feet across various complex locations. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Retail at BMO Financial Group, Director of Real Estate Services at BGIS, National Director of Transactions at CBRE, and Leasing Manager at Oxford Properties Group. Sheila holds a BA in Communications from the University of Kentucky.
