Mark Burnam

Mark Burnam is the current president at Choice Solutions Services. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mark has previously worked as the Chief Operations Officer at ICA, LP from March 2008 to February 2016. Mark was also the VP-Strategic Development at ClaimForce, Inc. from July 2005 to March 2008. Prior to that, they were a consultant at Innovation Group from January 2005 to December 2006. Mark started their career in April 1992 at Kemper Auto and Home as the Director of Claim Technology & Business Practices.

Mark Burnam's educational career began with a focus on insurance at the Insurance Institute of America. Mark then transitioned to business information management at Harper College before returning to the Insurance Institute of America to study claims. Finally, they completed their education with a degree in business administration from Bryant & Stratton College.

They work with Lester Quarterman - VP, Field Operations, Brian Colehour - Claims Director, and Karen Cunningham - Human Resources Director. Mark Burnam reports to JT Pouland, CEO.
