Mark Ferry

Mark Ferry has been with Choice Support since June 1999, where Mark currently holds the position of Deputy Chief Executive and Chief People Officer. Mark oversees all aspects of HR, L&D, payroll, and Communications for 2600 employees, in addition to serving as the Company Secretary. Mark is known for their strategic HR management skills, with a focus on business planning, financial management, and change management. With a background in various HR roles at companies such as L&Q Group and the UK Ministry of Defence, Mark brings a wealth of experience in handling complex HR issues and driving major HR projects critical to organisational success. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich and is currently pursuing further education through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
