Rachel D'Monte

Rachel D'monte has extensive experience in management and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Manager in the CEO's office and Sustainability at Choithrams since July 2017, Rachel previously held the position of Account Manager at Dotsandcoms UAE, overseeing marketing and project execution in Abu Dhabi. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Birla Sun Life Insurance, where responsibilities included overseeing a 35-member team and ensuring quality service for over 10 million customers. Additional roles included Assistant Manager in the Customer Care Unit and Senior Executive, responsible for administrative activities and VIP customer relations. Earlier experience at Concorde Motors India Ltd involved customer relations. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Chinai College of Commerce & Economics.
