Peter Alperin

Peter Alperin is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in project management and quality control. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Chomps since July 2023, Peter previously worked as a Quality Control Associate II Testing Coordinator at Serán BioScience and spent time as a stay-at-home parent from October 2021 to March 2023. Peter’s background includes roles at Laird Superfood, where responsibilities encompassed managing projects and ensuring quality control, and at Humm Kombucha, focusing on research and development as well as quality assurance. Peter began his career as a Geotechnical Engineer at Cornerstone Earth Group, Inc. and has experience as a technician with Soil Seekers and in a senior administrative role with the City of Walnut Creek. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology with a focus on environmental analytical chemistry from Humboldt State University.
