Steph H.

Steph H. is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in leading design and marketing initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Creative at Chomps since September 2025, Steph previously held the position of Group Creative Director at Vital Proteins from August 2023 to September 2025. Prior to that, Steph worked at Carmichael Lynch as a Creative Director and Associate Creative Director from February 2018 to August 2023, with a significant focus on Subaru and the CL brand portfolio. Earlier in career phases, Steph was an Art Director at Fallon and an Art Director at Freshwater Illustrated, where Steph produced a short documentary to support scientific outreach. Additional experience includes graphic design and community management at ASSETT. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Creative Advertising - Art Direction and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Social Innovation Design from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with ongoing studies in Graphic Design and Animation at the Rhode Island School of Design.
