Johan Tschanz

Johan Tschanz is an experienced professional in the watchmaking industry, currently serving as the Haute Horlogerie International Sales Manager at Chopard since June 2012, where responsibilities have included managing international customer service training and training as an international customer service trainer. Prior to Chopard, Johan held positions as Sales Associate and watchmaker at Lionel Meylan SA from February 2009 to May 2012, and worked as a customer service watchmaker at Blancpain and Tiffany & Co. between 2006 and 2009. Johan began a career in watchmaking at Lionel Meylan SA from 2003, gaining valuable expertise in sales and watchmaking. Educational qualifications include a HH certification from Fondation de la haute horlogerie, a "Train The Trainers" certification from Wostep, and a Certificat Fédéral de Capacité in horlogerie from Ecole Technique de la Vallée-de-Joux.
