Prior roles include Responsable Fabrication Mouvements & Habillages at Officine Panerai, where responsibilities encompassed supervising a team of thirty, managing production processes, and ensuring quality standards. Kocis also held positions at Ceramaret SA, including Chef d’équipe de production CNC, where programming and quality control were key functions. Educational qualifications include a LEAN YELLOW BELT from Haute Ecole Arc and a degree in lean production project management from Ariaq.
