He was instrumental in structuring the buying department, implementing policies concerning supply of goods, incorporating strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and ensuring that margins from trade always remain healthy. He also oversees the Grocery distribution centres in Botswana. Narayanan has consistently built up a formidable Home brand range over the past years, by identifying gaps in customer needs, developing appropriate suppliers and auditing them to ensure consistent private label quality.
