Dickson Lam

Dickson Lam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and ergonomics. Currently serving as a Sustainability Strategic Partner at ChopValue since February 2024, Dickson focuses on reducing environmental impact through the upcycling of reclaimed chopsticks into eco-conscious furniture materials. As the Founder of EFFYDESK, established in July 2019, Dickson aims to promote healthy and ergonomic workspaces to enhance motivation and overall well-being. Prior to these roles, Dickson worked as a Real-Estate Marketer at BFL CANADA from January 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included negotiating insurance coverage for multi-million dollar properties and maintaining relationships with insurance providers. Educational background includes studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, the Insurance Institute of Canada, Langara College, and the Global Risk Management Institute, Inc.
