Rommie Schilstra

Rommie Schilstra is an experienced designer and illustrator, currently working at Chordify since June 2020. Schilstra operates an independent design and illustration practice since 2012, and has previously contributed as a poster designer and screen printer at Vera Artdivision until October 2022. Additional design roles include work at La Compagnie from January 2018 to June 2020 and at Bevrijdingsfestival Groningen from 2013 to 2018. Schilstra started in the design field with a promotion and art division internship at Vera, Club for the International Pop Underground, and served as an editorial designer and illustrator at Dagblad van het Noorden from 2010 to 2012. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design from Academie Minerva and a Propedeuse in Communication and Multimedia Design from NHL Leeuwarden, alongside a HAVO diploma in Cultuur & Maatschappij.
