Jen Klaus

As Global Chief People Officer, Jen Klaus leads Choreograph’s talent function holistically with a focus on organizational effectiveness, DEI and learning & experience. As part of her role in driving the company’s global talent strategy, Jen will concentrate on delivering a best-in-class talent partnership with Choreograph’s people to increase business results, while also building and sustaining a culture that supports diversity and inclusion across the organization.

Jen joins Choreograph from the GroupM/WPP organization having prior roles within Talent leadership most recently as the SVP, Chief Talent Officer for the Americas at Essence Global. She brings depth of multifaceted talent experience with over 20 years of experience working with a diverse portfolio of employee populations, client teams and leaders.
