Since then, Daniel has worked their way up the ranks, serving in various roles such as 1st/2nd Line Analyst at Good Energy, Helpdesk Analyst at The Priory, 2nd line support engineer at Fowlers Motorcycles, and currently as the Service Desk Team Leader at Chorus since December 2023.
