Mark Taylor is a senior technical consultant who worked at ICL from April 1997 to August 1999. As a technical specialist at this global VAR, Mark designed and implemented large-scale IT infrastructures for clients, including the UK Ministry of Defence. Currently, Mark holds the titles of CTO and founder as well as managing director at Chorus since September 1999.
