We design and deliver structured, cohort-based programmes that support people through the transition into retirement with clarity, confidence, and community.

Our first programme, The Vita Programme, focuses on the early years of retirement — a formative period when the structure of working life has fallen away, but long-term habits, routines, and direction are still being shaped. We help people lay the foundations for a healthy, meaningful retirement by strengthening physical, cognitive, emotional, and sensory capability, while bringing greater purpose and coherence to how they want to live.

Our work is grounded in the World Health Organisation’s framework of Intrinsic Capacity and delivered through our science-informed behaviour change system, the Coxera Method. We are programme-led rather than personality-led, and we value rigour, clarity, and thoughtful design over hype or quick fixes. Our focus is not on optimisation for its own sake, but on building lasting capability — routines and systems that can support people for decades.

Chorus exists because living longer is not the same as living well. Many people enter retirement with good intentions, but little structure to help them turn those intentions into action. We build programmes that create momentum through clear cadence, measurable progress, and shared accountability.

We are building Chorus with subject matter experts across mobility, energy, cognition, psychological health, and sensory health, alongside facilitators and partners who believe retirement can be a purposeful, healthy, and deeply fulfilling chapter of life.
