Biyas Banerjee

Biyas Banerjee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Biyas began their career as a Computer Teacher at ACES Infotech, an IT consultancy house, where they provided hardware support and computer education to St. Xavier's High School from November 2000 to September 2003.

Afterward, Biyas joined the Department of Conservation (DOC) in March 2021 as a Junior API Developer for a brief period of three months.

In August 2021, they transitioned to Chorus NZ Limited as a Graduate Automation Engineer. Biyas then advanced to the role of Automation Developer in September 2022, displaying their growth and expertise in automation technology.

Throughout their career path, Biyas has demonstrated their dedication to education and technology, making valuable contributions in both teaching and software development roles.

Biyas Banerjee completed their Master's degree in Software Development at Victoria University of Wellington from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a New Zealand Diploma in Web Development and Design (Level 5) from Whitecliffe - Technology & Innovation in 2019. Biyas holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Philosophy from the University of Calcutta, which they earned from 1997 to 1999. Biyas Banerjee also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from the University of Calcutta, obtained from 1994 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Biyas Banerjee has acquired several certifications.
