Bryan Miller

Bryan Miller has over 30 years of work experience in the field of data integration and analytics. Bryan is currently working as a Data Integration Specialist at Chorus NZ Limited since 2017. Previously, from 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Datamart Developer at Datamine Limited, where they provided support and development for datamarts and analytics engines using various tools and technologies. Before that, from 2005 to 2015, Bryan worked at Spark New Zealand as an Analyst Developer, where they provided support and development for Oracle applications and achieved significant accomplishments in terms of reducing business impacting events, improving user response times, increasing revenue, and enhancing system support. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst Developer at Southern Cross Healthcare and Air New Zealand. Bryan started their career at Spark New Zealand in 1991 as an Analyst Programmer, where they gained expertise in Foxpro/dBase programming and Oracle programming.

Bryan Miller's education history begins in 1976 when they attended Mairehau High School. Bryan completed their studies there in 1978, though no degree or field of study is specified. In 1983, Bryan attended CPIT (Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology) where they obtained a NZ Certificate in Electronic Data Processing with a specialization in Computing.

In addition to their formal education, Bryan has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they earned the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from the EXIN Examination Institute for Information Science. In 2008, Bryan completed the Oracle Database 10g: SQL Tuning Workshop certification at Asparona. Lastly, in 2012, they obtained the Oracle Application Express: Developing Web Applications certification, also from Asparona.
