Chris Duncan

Chris Duncan has over 30 years of work experience. Chris started their career at Telecom New Zealand in 1986 as a Technical Specialist. Chris then worked at Massey University as a student from 1994 to 1997. After that, they were the Managing Partner at Residential Property Design & Build from 1997 to 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Agilent Technologies as a Resident Professional. Chris returned to Telecom New Zealand in 2005 and held various roles such as Principal Solution Architect and Head of Retail Technology Consulting. At Telecom, they also played a key role in the demerger programme and the separation of Telecom and Chorus. In 2012, they joined C W Duncan as a Consulting Business-Technology Architect, where they worked on projects for NZ Post and Boss Portal. Currently, they are the Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture at Chorus NZ Limited, a position they have held since 2018.

Chris Duncan obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Management & Enterprise Development from Massey University from 1994 to 1997. Later on, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Management Studies from The University of Waikato, which was completed before 2010.
