Erin Delaney

Erin Delaney has a diverse work history, starting in 1998 as a Service Delivery Manager at Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited. Erin later worked at Telecom Wholesale as a Service Delivery Manager for Data Provisioning from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Gen-i New Zealand Ltd as a Service Capability Manager, where they implemented team building initiatives, standardized processes, and achieved profitability. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Chorus NZ Limited as a Senior Program Analyst and later as a Billing Operations Manager. In 2017, they became self-employed as an Independent Contractor, specializing in process improvement. Erin also held various roles, such as Service Manager and Service Delivery Manager, at different companies during this time. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Healthy Homes New Zealand as a Quality Manager.

Erin Delaney began their education in 1971 at St Benedict College in Auckland, New Zealand. Erin completed their studies there in 1974, earning a UE. In 1975, they attended Auckland University of Technology and obtained a Physics Diploma, specializing in the field of Physics.
