Helen McGregor

Helen McGregor is currently the Head of Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance at Chorus NZ Limited, where they manage integrated frameworks for risk management and compliance across the organization. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Principal Advisor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, where they developed frameworks to assess the impact of climate change on policy decisions. Helen also served as Audit Manager at Todd Corporation, where they transformed the audit approach and integrated risk assessment processes. They have a strong background in internal controls, managing audit activities globally, and promoting compliance through strategic partnerships, with experience at notable companies like Sony Music Entertainment and Avon. Helen holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a double major in Finance and IT from Massey University.
